Great album, with a mix of hard and soft rock, and featuring fuzz guitar, vocal harmony, and Christian lyrics. There can be no denying a strong west coast vibe on several tracks, which may alternately resemble  Wilson McKinley , or The grateful dead. Some reports claim the band coalesced in Tex, but went touring in the midwest around the time they recorded their album. There was a second issue of the same album, but with an alternate title of "Steve Powell and Rainbow Promise", with an alternate cover too. Otherwise, it's the same music. Grades - 1 A-, 1 B+, 2 B's, 2 B-'s, and 2 C+'s. The original issue came with a lyric sleeve. Review by "tymeshifter" (Rate Your Music).
