Borderline Syndrome is a rock band from athens, greece. formed in 2010, the band is influenced by the majority of music genres, trying to blend everything under their musical style. Having enjoyed equally musicians like the dillinger escape plan, tool, radiohead, bjork, ulver, king crimson and miles davis, the band’s music varies from modern extreme mathcore to radiohead-like pop along with elements derived from greek traditional music. Believing that it is time that people stopped listening to specific music genres and perceive music as a whole, borderline syndrome mean to express a variety of feelings as has to do with complexity, tension or lyricism. From melodic, simple easy-going songs to complex, dissonant heavy tracks, the only aspect that Borderline Syndrome try to keep common is musical quality. The mixing and mastering procedure of the band’s forthcoming album “stateless” has just finished and Borderline Syndrome are currently seeking a record label and a management & tour agency.
